You can view details for any abandoned cart and download this information to a CSV file.
To view details for shopping carts that were abandoned, select Commerce > Abandoned Carts in the main menu.
Select an item in the list to view the contents of the abandoned cart. You can also select any item to view the product page.
Download a List of Abandoned Carts
Select the “Download” button to download a CSV file containing a list of contents for all of the abandoned carts.
