Editing your microsite’s content can only be done while logged in. Once logged in, your microsite will look similar to what it might when not logged in. However when you hover your cursor over an Element, you will notice a blue dotted outline. By selecting this box, you will open the Sidebar.

Elements are:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Headlines

  • Paragraph Copy

  • Buttons

The Sidebar will display different options depending on which type of element has been selected.

Saving Your Changes

On page edits will auto save after a change has been made every 2 seconds. You will notice a small notification in the top right of your screen that shows your changes have been saved. Some template edits require a secondary step in order to enact your changes, usually indicated by a blue “Apply All Changes” button that will light up.

Adding Images

Images by default will show a placeholder that displays their ideal dimensions in pixels. To have you images display in their most ideal way, upload and apply images that have been cropped to the correct dimensions. However, if you upload an image that is not completely accurate the placeholder will crop your image slightly so that it fits.

Upload an image by first selecting an image. The sidebar will change to provide editing options.

By selecting “Choose” from the Sidebar, you will launch FileManager. Either select an image that has already been uploaded or upload a new image, select the image, and then select “Add Selected”.

Adding Videos

Embedding a video on your microsite is very similar to adding images. Your microsite is capable of handling videos linked from Youtube, Vimeo, or by direct upload.

Please note that to ensure the best quality and load times Youtube & Vimeo links are recommended.

Link your video by grabbing the embed URL. On Youtube, this can be accessed by selecting Share > Embed > and then grabbing just the src code.

Copy the src code, and past it into the field labeled Youtube Video Link.

Add a Thumbnail Image the same way you would an Image.

Replacing Text

Text will by default display “lorem ipsum” copy, the industry standard for placeholder text. To replace this, simply select the text block you wish to edit. The sidebar will change to provide editing options.

To begin editing the text, place your cursor either on the sidebar space for Text, or edit directly on the page. Your changes will reflect in realtime.

Editing Buttons

Your buttons are you way of directing users around your site.

Edit your button by selecting the button you wish to edit, and the modifying the information on the sidebar.
