You can import premium vendor information by importing a CSV file. Whether you are sending a CSV file or connecting us to your product API, these are the columns/fields you will need to curate about each product. These fields were created to help your products sell. This article explains each of the required and optional fields that you can should include in your CSV file. To data. If working in Excel or Numbers, to generate a CSV file, export your spreadsheet as “.csv” (comma-separated values). You can also download a template version of our CSV here and simply fill in the rows.
Required Fields
For each record (product) in your CSV filedata, there you must be have a value for each of these the following fields:
Item Type
SKU/Style
Cost
Image/Video 1

Description
All other fields are optional; otherssome, if left blank, will be auto-populated (i.e. SKU will become the becomes Item Title, and Meta Description will be is populated with text from the Description field).
Specific order
Any fields that you include in the CSV file must appear in the exact order given below. Otherwise, your diamond information will not be imported.

Minimum Recommended Fields
Because this data is what is going to be helping consumers make purchase decisions about your products, we strongly recommend having at least the following fields in addition those required above.
Any gemstone/diamond data (weights, shapes, etc)
Image/Video 2-5
Metal Type
Length/Width (if applicable)
Ring Setting (y/n) (if applicable)
Setting Type (if applicable)
Value Types
Next to each field name is a value type (in italics). These value types will help you fill out your CSV with the proper information so your site information displays properly.
Text: words, phrases, dashes, and alphanumeric characters
Number: numeric values, including decimals (0, 1, 12, 13.4). Do not enter dollar signs, even when entering prices.
Option: yes/no or true/false statements. For example,

Item Type - Text
This corresponds to the type of product, such as ring, pendant, bracelet, etc. This information is not required, but can be helpful for categorizing and filtering your products.
SKU / Style Number* Number - Text
Each item will need its own unique style number. This field is used as a unique key for updating your product details, and to provide a point of reference for product inquiries and orders.

Other Categories - Text
If there are additional categories in which you would like your product to appear, enter these categories separated by commas. The categories you list must match your existing categories exactly. You will still need to enter a primary category in order for this field to import properly. These categories cannot be the same as your primary category.
Image/Video 1* 1 - Text
This field must match the file name of one of the images or videos you have already uploaded. If the image does not exist, then the item will not be imported. Allowed formats are jpg, png, and mp4
Image/Video 2 - Text
To add an alternate image or video that has already been uploaded.

Ring Size(s) - Number(s)
List all available ring sizes for this item, separated by commas (e.g. "6,6.5,7,7.5,8,8.8,5,9" etc). If multiple sizes are listed, and e-commerce is enabled, a value must be selected to add it to the cart. Otherwise, one value will be listed for the item information.

Meta Description - Text
Meta Descriptions are sometimes used by search engines to generate a description on the search results page. This field also helps you get better search engine optimization (SEO) for this product, as it is adding more pertinent content to your product details page. By leaving this field blank, the meta description is automatically generated by from your product description.
